I am passionately committed to the development and empowerment of people. Throughout my career I have worked as a Community Entrepreneur towards overcoming the social challenges that are defeating the agencies of the state. Improving peoples lives through social change and providing services that make a difference to all diverse communities.
 
Challenges of making a difference in our own communities, I believe that Coaches are needed as the glue between government, community and business.  As a Coach I have worked on boards, committees of management, within communities based agencies and believe that encouraging the concept of Coaching in the Community we can develop localised networks that function purely for the common good.  Community Coaches can counteract the negative side of party politics that has taken control of government resulting in elected politicians at all levels representing themselves and their own personal interests rather than the people who elected them and the wider community. 

I care passionately about social justice, diversity, education, enterprise, the environment and civil liberties. Driven by a desire to ensure that more doors are open for Women and Diverse Communities.

Our time is so limited with current challenges, so why spend energy on trying to live someone else's life. Trust yourself and do not let the noise of others and their opinions sap your inner voice.
