About Me

My strengths lie in connecting with people from diverse cultural background and help them identify their challenges that have prevented them from achieving their goals, a catalyst in implementing positive change, improving lifestyles and increasing their professional practice. I have been through many challenges in my own lifestyle, professional and personal and I know that motivation is the key to success. I come from a rich diverse background with a wealth of experience, through the corporate route as well as management consultancy. I have worked in the statutory and voluntary sector for some 8 years ranging from Project Management, Capacity building and organisational development.  Understanding the unique way in which the voluntary sector works and the challenges faced by those working within.  As a result, can offer tailored solutions which bear the ethos of the sector and its unique way of working, in mind. Previously working with organisations that make England a more enterprising nation. Providing guidance, information and support to encourage enterprise, along with Community Outreach, Social Enterprises and Event Management, enjoyed the role of Women in Enterprise Ambassador for SEEDA. I have facilitated networking meetings on a range of topics from Personal Development to team dynamics, marketing, interview coaching, and doff many hats.
